Since 1984 photographer
Mark Leder-Adams has photographed the rivers of California. The
Tuolumne, Stanislaus, American, Merced and Kings rivers have been
both the inspiration and the subject of his work. Mark and his
partner Chris Pardini continue to spend most of their days from
mid-April through October on these rivers shooting photography.
They have come to respect and to know them intimately. Shooting
originally with 35mm and 4x5 format film cameras and now with hi-res
digital format have allowed them to capture the varied light and
moods of these majestic waterways.
